Your Role

  • Manage incidents at the customer site and in production and coordinate the related analyses

  • Perform root cause analyses and investigate failure mechanisms together with the team

  • Present analysis results to project stakeholders and customers

  • Process and document incidents using the 8D methodology as the 8D owner

  • Present and communicate the measures of improvement to the customer and represent them convincingly

  • Support the optimization of the incident management process

  • Provide lateral leadership to electronics and software developers

Your Profile

  • You are highly motivated to discover new things and to contribute to the success of electronic systems

  • A technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or another scientific field with comparable professional experience

  • Proven experience in the design and testing of embedded electronic components

  • Experience in embedded software development

  • Experience in data analysis and structured root cause analysis

  • Strong analytical skills and a solid system-level understanding of embedded systems

  • Strong team skills, high self-motivation, as well as pronounced initiative and ability to work independently

  • Good German and English language skills
