役割
IQS部門（工業用測定：ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions）のフィールドサービスエンジニアとして、主にX線測定機およびマルチセンサ測定機の新規インストール、保守点検、トラブル・修理対応、お客様からの問合せに対する問題点の把握、ソリューションの提供等のサービスを提供し、顧客満足の向上に貢献します。また、装置の状態によっては、新機能部品やPC・ソフトウェアのアップグレードの提案・計画・実施を担います。営業を始めとする他チームとの連携、海外サポートチームへの問合せ等のコミュニケーションを担当します。
主な責任
- X線装置、MultiSEMおよび関連システムのトラブルシューティング、修理、保守
- 予防的なメンテナンス、キャリブレーション、およびコンポーネント交換の実施
- オンサイトのテクニカルサポートとカスタマートレーニングの提供
- サービスレポートと技術文書の作成
必要なスキル・経験・資格
- フィールドサービスの業務経験（点検、修理）
- 機械、電気、電子のバックグラウンド
- Word、Excel、PowerPointの使用スキル
- 普通自動車免許
- 基礎的な英語力（マニュアルを読解できる／文法にこだわらずコミュニケーションしようとする意欲）があり、入社後の英語学習意欲の高い方（海外研修有）
- ビジネスレベルの日本語

- X線システム、装置の使用・サポート業務経験
- PC修理経験

- エックス線作業主任者資格

- 契約期間：無期
- 保護観察期間：3ヶ月（最大6ヶ月まで延長可能性あり）

- 休日・休暇：
- 有給休暇 初年度 14日－2日、その後勤続年数に応じて21－25日
- 休日 約125日 土日祝日、年末年始（12月29日-1月4日）。そのほか慶弔特別休暇。
- 勤務時間：9:00-17:30 （休憩1時間を含む。所定労働時間7.5時間）

Field Service Engineer – IQS ZEISS (Japan)
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot ZEISS IQS microscopes and imaging systems. The role involves on-site support at hospitals and research facilities, ensuring optimal system performance, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting users with technical guidance. Strong mechanical, electrical, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively in Japanese and English. Training on ZEISS-specific systems will be provided.
