- 10+ years of software engineering or other related experience
- 5+ years of experience leading DevOps teams
- Strong interest in deploying and managing machine learning models in production environments.
- Experience with AWS or other related cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, CI/CD practices, Kubernetes and infrastructure automation tools
- Proven track record of cross-functional project delivery
- A track record of communicating well with executives and non-technical leaders.
- BS in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in deploying and monitoring large-scale AI/ML systems in production environments
- Strong understanding of ethical AI/ML practices, bias mitigation, and explainable AI.
- Experience working in a research-driven environment and collaborating with data science and research teams.
- Relevant certifications in DevOps, cloud platforms or AI/ML areas.
