We're seeking a Vienna-based Product Manager to lead the Cardo Ride mobile application, our digital platform that brings together route planning, navigation, ride tracking, community engagement, and premium subscription services into one connected riding experience.

Reporting directly to the Head of Applications, you will play a key role in driving the execution of features that enhance the rider experience while supporting user growth, engagement, retention, and subscription revenue. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, CRM, and Growth teams, you will help shape the future of Cardo Ride and deliver experiences that riders love.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the execution and delivery of key product initiatives across the Cardo Ride mobile application.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and development priorities.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog while balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Drive adoption of the PRO subscription through optimized onboarding journeys, subscription experiences, and conversion funnels.
  • Collaborate with Product Designers to create intuitive and engaging mobile experiences.
  • Review wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Continuously improve the rider experience across navigation, route planning, discovery, community, and premium features.
  • Champion customer needs through user research, feedback analysis, and data-driven insights.
  • Define and monitor key product and business KPIs, including engagement, retention, conversion, churn, and subscription revenue.
  • Use product analytics tools to evaluate customer behavior, feature adoption, and funnel performance.
  • Support release planning and go-to-market activities across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Manage App Store and Google Play optimization, ratings, reviews, and application health.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to successfully deliver strategic product initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience within a B2C mobile application environment.
  • Proven experience managing subscription-based consumer products.
  • Strong understanding of mobile product development processes and agile methodologies.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, CRM, and Analytics teams.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Figma and mobile UX design principles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to work effectively within Cardo's hybrid Vienna model.
  • An active motorcycle rider with a strong understanding of rider needs, behavior, and lifestyle is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with consumer subscription businesses and recurring revenue models is an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM and customer engagement platforms such as Braze is an advantage.
  • Experience with navigation, mapping technologies, or location-based mobile applications is an advantage.
  • Experience with connected consumer electronics, wearable devices, or powersports products is an advantage.
  • Customer-focused, analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Please submit your CV in English.
