Our client builds global direct-to-consumer brands powered by operational excellence, with a focus on delivering personalized and sustainable experiences to customers. It operates across 8 markets on 3 continents, employs more than 1,800 people, and brings three strong brands to market.

Team & context

Our contractors are supporting Carbon's client to deliver pre-portioned ingredients directly to our customers' doors based on their meal kit plan (over 45 new weekly recipes). Now, the focus is on working on improving conversion rates by customizing this process even more.
