Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Support the team’s ongoing efforts to encourage the adoption of AI and automation to enhance efficiency and deliver greater business value 

  • Assist in the research, testing, and documentation of AI use cases, including preparing training data, conducting basic functional testing, and gathering user feedback 

  • Help design and implement automation solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, such as setting up Flows, configuring process automation, or integrating AI-powered tools 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for AI and Salesforce enhancement projects 

  • Assist in testing and quality assurance activities for Salesforce applications, including preparing test scenarios and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) 

  • Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce operations, including user account management 

  • Contribute to the analysis and optimization of workflows, identifying areas where AI or automation could reduce manual work and improve productivity 

  • Maintain clear documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials for AI and Salesforce-related processes 

  • Support end-user training and troubleshooting, helping users adopt new tools and processes effectively 

 

Requirements  

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology Information Systems, or any other related disciplines 

  • Interest in or exposure to AI, automation, and CRM systems (Salesforce knowledge is a plus) 

  • Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Flows or Apex Triggers is an advantage but not mandatory 

  • Understanding of basic database concepts, data management principles, and data quality best practices 

  • Knowledge of basic programming or scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, HTML, or CSS) is beneficial 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail 

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders 

  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies in a dynamic environment
