Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Partner stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into technology initiatives and roadmaps.
Serve as the primary IT point of contact for application, data, and digital enablement needs across the fund lifecycle (deal origination, investment, asset management, reporting).
Drive demand management, business case development, and prioritisation of IT initiatives aligned to business strategy.
Oversee delivery of IT solutions, working with internal technology teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
Ensure solutions comply with governance, risk, security, and regulatory requirements.
Track benefits realisation and continuously identify opportunities to optimise systems, processes, and data capabilities.
Key Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
8–12 years of experience in IT business partnering, technology management, or digital transformation roles.
Strong exposure to Fund Management, Investment Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services environments.
Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, translate business needs into technology solutions, and manage competing priorities.
Solid understanding of enterprise systems, data platforms, and integration concepts.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
