Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and monitor operational workflows and automations used across the business.
Develop and maintain data pipelines and system integrations to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
Design and implement automated checks and controls to identify errors and operational issues early.
Integrate data from multiple systems into a single, reliable source for reporting and analysis.
Monitor the performance, reliability, and health of workflows, automations, and integrations.
Document workflows, processes, and technical solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications for automation initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, integrations, and data pipelines.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and technology.

Requirements:

• Experience with workflow automation and integration tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar, gained through professional, academic, or personal projects.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python scripting.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and integrating third party services.
• Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, or data warehouses.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A responsible approach to handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Exposure to data visualization or Business Intelligence (BI) tools, AI or Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, or experience working in a regulated financial services or operations environment will be considered an advantage.
