Job Description:

Role: Product Manager ( mobile digital banking)

Location : Chennai

Product Manager : Responsibilities

 

• Define and communicate the strategy and roadmap for mobile digital banking product team, based on dependent team needs, market research, customer feedback, emerging mobile technology trends, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to gather, size, plan, and prioritize requirements, user stories, and features throughout the project. Ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Engage with other digital journey and features teams to understand their mobile app objectives and needs.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the mobile team’s backlog, continuously refining and reprioritizing features and enhancements based on feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of features. Provide real-time feedback.
• Foster collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Works with Product Management to set release dates and determine when sufficient value has been delivered to release to market. Drive successful feature releases by working closely with engineering, testing, dependent product teams, and enterprise release teams
• Monitor and analyze key product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive iterative enhancements.
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to mobile digital business banking products, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
