We’re hiring an IT Solution Architect to design and deliver modern cloud and AI‑powered platforms across Insurance and Financial Services.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and integrate AI and automation capabilities (LLMs, OCR, document intelligence, chatbots, model‑powered decisioning)
- Work closely with engineering teams to guide delivery, set patterns, and ensure high‑quality implementations
- Modernize legacy applications into microservices, containers, and serverless ecosystems
- Define non‑functional requirements (security, performance, resilience, observability)
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (cloud, data, product, security) to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
- Lead architecture discussions with senior stakeholders and present technical recommendations
- Contribute to technical strategy, standards, and reusable architecture patterns
What You Bring
- 10+ years in solution architecture or senior engineering roles
- 8+ years designing large‑scale distributed systems
- Deep hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong background in microservices, APIs, containers, IaC, DevOps pipelines
- Practical experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into products or workflows
- Strong knowledge of modern backend engineering (Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot; bonus for Python, Go, etc.)
- Ability to work across hybrid environments and modernize legacy systems
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting architecture to technical and business stakeholders
