ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in insurance and extensive experience in managing large-scale change management, transformation, and migration projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive successful project outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage complex projects in the insurance sector, focusing on advisory, change management, transformation, and migration.
- Advise clients on Target Operating Model design and setup
- Identify core business processes subject to further improvements, automation, and cost efficiency
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance to stakeholders on project direction and best practices.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the insurance industry.
- Proven experience in leading change management, transformation, and migration projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
