Position: Junior QA Automation Engineer
Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• Strong academic background.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, SQL, TestNG, Eclipse, Apache POI, Maven, Atlassian Jira, Rest Assured, and API Testing using Postman.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios based on specifications.
• Perform manual and automation testing, with expertise in tools such as Selenium.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Possess a thorough understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Utilize bug and test management tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Quality Center efficiently.
• Apply basic knowledge of databases to test data scenarios.
• Stay updated on testing methodologies and tools.
• Certification in Automation Testing (Selenium, QTP) or Manual Testing is a plus.

Additional Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
• Quick learner with an inquisitive mindset to explore the "why," "how," and "what" of testing challenges.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is not mandatory but would be an added advantage.
