The Role

Capco is growing our Data & AI practice in Middle East, and we’re looking to connect with talented professionals who want to help organisations unlock greater value from their data. We are hiring Data Architects, Governance, Modelling and Analytics specialists.

You’ll join a collaborative consulting environment where you can work alongside clients and Capco colleagues to solve complex challenges across data, analytics and artificial intelligence. Whether your expertise lies in data strategy, engineering, architecture, analytics, governance, machine learning or AI, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute your experience while continuing to develop your career.

What You’ll Do

• Work with clients to understand their data, analytics and AI challenges and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of data platforms, analytics capabilities and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across business, data and technology to deliver measurable client outcomes.
• Help clients improve how they manage, govern, access and use data across their organisations.
• Share knowledge, ideas and expertise as we continue to grow Capco’s Data & AI capability in Qatar.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in data, analytics, AI or a related consulting or technology discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years experience.
• Strong understanding of one or more areas such as data strategy, data engineering, architecture, governance, analytics, machine learning or AI.
• Experience working with stakeholders to understand challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients from different disciplines and backgrounds.
• An interest in contributing to a growing practice and supporting the development of our Data & AI community.

Bonus Points For

• Experience working within consulting or client-facing environments.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data and analytics platforms.
• Experience delivering data transformation or AI initiatives.
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, security or responsible AI considerations.
• Experience working within financial services, energy or other regulated industries.
