• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and GovWin IQ
• Active U.S. SECRET Security Clearance (required)
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication, openness, and collaboration

Desired Skills
• Strong strategic mindset with a deep understanding of product, design, and mission alignment
• Ability to think holistically about mission systems, architectures, and end‑to‑end solution value
• Proven relationship management skills, including engagement with senior DoD, DoW, and federal executives
• Demonstrated capability in lead generation, pipeline development, and strategic planning
• Understanding of product development cycles, agile processes, and technology maturation
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels
• Strong influence skills with the ability to drive alignment across SMEs, engineering, product, and business teams
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including senior‑level briefings
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with sensor‑to‑shooter kill chains, integrated air and missile defense (IAMD), and Joint All‑Domain Command and Control (JADC2) concepts
• Ability to translate complex C2 mission and system requirements into product and platform capabilities in partnership with SMEs, technical staff, and product development
