IT Infrastructure Associate

Key Responsibilities

1. Support Infrastructure Operations
   Assist in monitoring and maintaining servers, network devices, and end-user hardware under supervision.
   → ช่วยตรวจสอบและดูแลเซิร์ฟเวอร์ อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย และฮาร์ดแวร์ผู้ใช้งานภายใต้การกำกับดูแล

2. Network & System Support
   Respond to basic network connectivity issues; assist with OS updates, user account management, and backup tasks.
   → ตอบสนองต่อปัญหาการเชื่อมต่อเครือข่ายเบื้องต้น; ช่วยในการอัปเดตระบบปฏิบัติการ จัดการบัญชีผู้ใช้ และงานสำรองข้อมูล

3. Asset & Documentation
   Record and track IT assets (computers, printers, etc.) in the inventory system; maintain simple documentation.
   → บันทึกและติดตามสินทรัพย์ไอที (คอมพิวเตอร์, เครื่องพิมพ์ ฯลฯ) ในระบบสต๊อก; จัดทำเอกสารเบื้องต้น

4. User Assistance
   Provide first-line support to employees for hardware/software issues (e.g., password reset, printer setup).
   → ให้บริการสนับสนุนระดับแรกแก่พนักงานสำหรับปัญหาฮาร์ดแวร์/ซอฟต์แวร์ (เช่น รีเซ็ตรหัสผ่าน, ตั้งค่าเครื่องพิมพ์)

Qualifications

1. Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
   ปริญญาตรีหรือ diploma สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience (internship / co-op counts!). Fresh graduates welcome.
   ประสบการณ์ 0–2 ปี (การฝึกงาน/โครงการร่วมมือถือเป็นประสบการณ์ได้!) รับนักศึกษาจบใหม่

3. Technical Basics:

   • Familiar with Windows/Linux desktop environments

   • Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

   • Can use Excel, Outlook, and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)

   • มีความคุ้นเคยกับสภาพแวดล้อมเดสก์ท็อป Windows/Linux

   • เข้าใจพื้นฐาน TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

   • ใช้ Excel, Outlook และระบบตั๋วงาน (เช่น Jira, ServiceNow) ได้เบื้องต้น

4. Language:

   • English: Working proficiency (read/write emails, understand instructions)

   • Chinese: Not required, but a plus if basic reading skills exist

   • ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับใช้งานได้ (อ่าน/เขียนอีเมล ทำความเข้าใจคำสั่งได้)

   • ภาษาจีน: ไม่จำเป็น แต่หากมีทักษะพื้นฐานจะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ

5. Soft Skills:

   • Curious, eager to learn, and team-oriented

   • Comfortable in a structured, process-driven multinational environment
