The engineer collaborates across teams, contributes to architectural discussions, and ensures high-quality implementations through effective debugging, testing, and code reviews. In addition, the T3 engineer is expected to guide less experienced engineers, drive continuous improvement in development practices, and apply strong technical judgment to balance performance, scalability, and maintainability considerations.
