Lead Product Validation Engineer

Candidate will focus on validation of digital backend EDA tool Innovus, and will mainly focus on Placement and Optimization,

and will drive testing on existing functionality and coming new features for Placement and Optimization functions;

besides, the candidate shall be able to develop testing methodology to improve testing coverage and to facilitate the issue detection and analysis;

Position Description:

                Focus on validation of digital backend EDA tool Innovus, and will mainly focus on Placement and Optimization;

                drive testing on existing functionality/regression as well as new coming features for Placement and Optimization;

                develop testing methodology to improve testing coverage and to facilitate issue detection and analysis;

                use various script language (Perl/Tcl/Python) to develop evaluation utilities;

Position Requirements:

                (1)PhD on Micro-Electronics/Computer Science or Master with at least 3 years experience in digital backend.

                (2)Must be familiar with at least one of the scripting language(Python/Perl/Tcl), experience with scripting design or automatic test/regression is highly preferred

                (3)familiar with IC design flow, deep understanding on STA/Power Analysis/Manuficaturing;

                (4)being fluent in both oral and literal English

                (5)Good self-learner and team-player
