The Opportunity:
The Crypto Project Technical Lead is responsible for providing advanced technical support and leadership for cryptographic projects, with a focus on Link Encryption Family cryptographic devices. This role requires hands-on experience with cryptographic equipment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cryptographic projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Provide expert technical support for Link Encryption Family cryptographic devices, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cryptographic solutions into broader system architectures.
• Develop and maintain documentation for cryptographic processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Mentor and train junior team members on cryptographic technologies and practices.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations, including maintaining an active Top Secret clearance.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored cryptographic solutions.

Qualifications:
Required:

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cryptographic systems
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with customers and team members.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications (or open-source alternative).
• Willingness to travel 25%.

Desired:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, Cyber Security or other related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with Link Encryption Family cryptographic devices.
• A strong knowledge of Key Management Infrastructure, network engineering/configuration management and experience.
• Other related technical training or certifications.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$98,500-$206,800
