Scope:
Our Client is at the forefront of a groundbreaking facility expansion project involving the creation of 4 new manufacturing buildings. As they endeavor to lead in the pharmaceutical space, we're inviting experienced professionals to join us in implementing cutting-edge manufacturing processes, adhering to rigorous GMP standards, and achieving operational excellence.
Qualifications
Skills needed:
- Delta V DCS implementation experience, understands how control strategies (physical layer) and batch (procedural layer) are designed, configured, and tested – has “done DeltaV” and is conversant in Delta V implementation standards
- Delta V Coding and Programming experience is a MUST
- Automation Project Experience
- Delta V recipe Authoring and configuration
- Configuration and Coding
- Product Delivery
- Start Up Delta v experience
- Pharmaceutical experience
- Biosynthetic purification
- 7-10 years prior experience required
