Voor huidige en toekomstige infrastructuurprojecten in Limburg zijn wij op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider / Technical Office Engineer die mee zijn of haar schouders zet onder technisch uitdagende civiele werken.
De projecten omvatten bruggen, tunnels en andere grootschalige infrastructuurwerken, met als doel de verkeersveiligheid, doorstroming en leefkwaliteit te verbeteren.
Jouw rol
- Tijdens de voorbereidingsfase én de uitvoering ondersteun je de projectleider bij:
- Controle en optimalisatie van uitvoeringstekeningen van onderaannemers en leveranciers
- Uitwerken van efficiënte en haalbare werkmethodes
- Opstellen van meetstaten, materiaalbestellingen en prijsafspraken
- Opmaken en opvolgen van projectplanning en deelschema’s
- Bewaken van de voortgang en kosten van de bouwwerken
- Administratieve en technische opvolging van het project
- Coördinatie en communicatie met het uitvoeringsteam op de werf
- Aanspreekpunt tussen externe partners en het bouwteam
Jouw profiel
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen grote civiele of infrastructuurwerken
- Aantoonbare kennis van openbare aanbestedingen
- Proactief, analytisch en sterk georganiseerd
- In staat om technische complexiteit te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen
- Vloeiend in Nederlands; andere talen zijn een meerwaarde
- Teamplayer met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en innovatie
- Mobiel binnen Limburg
