Wij zijn op zoek naar een proactieve en detailgerichte Equipment Planning Engineer – Bouwprojecten om het Equipment Support & Service-team te versterken. In deze functie speel je een sleutelrol bij het identificeren, beheren en coördineren van materieelbehoeften over meerdere bouwprojecten. Je zorgt voor een optimale beschikbaarheid van materieel, integratie met projectplanningen en een vlotte communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen.
De rol vereist sterke organisatorische, technische en communicatieve vaardigheden, evenals een hands-on inzicht in constructiewerkzaamheden en gespecialiseerd materieel.
Jouw bijdrage
- Samenwerken met projectteams (opstart en lopende projecten) om materieelbehoeften te beoordelen en te identificeren voor diverse bouwactiviteiten.
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van korte- en langetermijnplanning van materieel, afgestemd op projectdeadlines.
- Proactief verzamelen en verifiëren van informatie van bouwplaatsen om een nauwkeurige en actuele planning te garanderen.
- Coördineren tussen bouwplaatsen, projectstakeholders en materieelresources om optimale benutting en beschikbaarheid te verzekeren.
- Identificeren van aankoop- of investeringsbehoeften voor materieel om operationele efficiëntie te verhogen.
- Integreren van materieelplanning in de totale projectplanning, zodat de samenwerking tussen teams soepel verloopt.
- Gebruik maken van planningstools en methodologieën zoals Primavera, MS Project en LEAN om materieelplanning efficiënt te beheren.
- Duidelijke, assertieve communicatie onderhouden met collega’s en stakeholders om relevante informatie te delen en efficiënte besluitvorming te ondersteunen.
Jouw profiel
- Sterke algemene kennis van bouwplaatsen, bouwactiviteiten en gespecialiseerd materieel, met name in gebouw-, civiele- en infrastructuurwerken.
- Gedegen ervaring in materieelplanning, logistiek of aanverwante functies binnen de bouwsector.
- Vaardig met planningstools zoals Primavera, MS Project en LEAN-methodologieën.
- Uitstekende coördinatie- en organisatorische vaardigheden om meerdere projecten en stakeholders te beheren.
- Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden om materieelbenutting te optimaliseren.
- Zeer communicatief, proactief en assertief in de samenwerking met collega’s en stakeholders.
- Vermogen om te werken in een dynamische, snel veranderende bouwomgeving.
