CAD Designer / 3D BIM Modeller – Proces- en MEICA-projecten

Wij zijn op zoek naar een CAD Designer / 3D BIM Modeller die de ontwerp-, tender- en uitvoeringsfasen van complexe infrastructuur- en procesprojecten ondersteunt.
Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van gecoördineerde 2D- en 3D-modellen voor multidisciplinaire projecten in de sectoren water, afvalwater, energie en industrie.
In deze rol werk je nauw samen met design engineers, projectmanagers en andere technische disciplines om nauwkeurige BIM-modellen en technische tekeningen te ontwikkelen volgens projectstandaarden en BIM-protocollen.
Jouw bijdrage
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van 3D-modellen en 2D-tekeningen voor proces- en MEICA-systemen met tools zoals AutoCAD, Revit, Plant 3D of vergelijkbare software
- Opstellen van Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s) in samenwerking met proces- en design engineers
- Uitwerken van General Arrangement (GA), fabricage- en installatietekeningen voor mechanische, elektrische en instrumentatiesystemen
- Ondersteunen van BIM Level 2/3 projectdelivery door te werken volgens BIM Execution Plans (BEP) en interne CAD/BIM-standaarden
- Werken in collaboratieve 3D-ontwerpomgevingen volgens internationale BIM-standaarden zoals ISO 19650
- Coördineren van modellen tussen verschillende disciplines en oplossen van design clashes met tools zoals Navisworks
- Beheren van tekeningenregisters, bestandsstructuren en revisiebeheer volgens projectdocumentatieprocedures
- Voorbereiden van modellen en tekeningen voor technische review, fabricage en installatie op de werf
- Deelnemen aan ontwerpbesprekingen, modelcoördinatievergaderingen en BIM-workshops
- Technische ondersteuning bieden aan junior CAD- of BIM-medewerkers indien nodig
Jouw profiel
- Graduaat of Professionele Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering of een verwant technisch domein — of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Aantoonbare ervaring met AutoCAD, Revit, Plant 3D of vergelijkbare 3D-ontwerpsoftware
- Sterk begrip van mechanische, elektrische en processystemen, bij voorkeur in waterbehandeling, energie of industriële procesinstallaties
- Basiskennis van BIM-methodologieën en collaboratieve ontwerpomgevingen
- In staat nauwkeurige en gecoördineerde technische tekeningen en modellen te produceren
- Ervaring in multidisciplinaire engineeringomgevingen
- Sterk oog voor detail en goede kennis van documentbeheerprocedures
- Samenwerkingsgerichte mindset en goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt
