  • Oversee transition activities, knowledge transfer, continuity planning, and maintenance of essential contractor services.
  • Maintain program schedules, risk and issue registers, performance reports, and corrective action plans.
  • Coordinate IT and AV/VTC support with instructional schedules, classroom requirements, and live events.
  • Identify practical improvements that reduce recurring incidents and improve service quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • An active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance or higher.
  • At least 12 years of progressively responsible IT experience, including five years managing DoD IT service delivery or a comparable technical support program.

    • Enterprise networks and structured cabling.
    • Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, virtualization, storage, and backup/recovery.
    • Hybrid cloud operations, preferably Microsoft Azure.
    • Cybersecurity compliance, vulnerability remediation, and incident response.
    • Help desk operations, ticket escalation, and service restoration.
    • AV/VTC systems and their dependencies on enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to brief senior Government stakeholders and translate technical issues into clear decisions and corrective actions.
