C3 AI is seeking Intern QA Engineers for our Summer 2025 Internship Program in Guadalajara, Mexico, focusing on quality validation and sign-off for software releases. You will perform product testing and triage defects identified, with the opportunity of learning how to enhance our test automation framework and develop automated test cases. You will collaborate with the product engineering stakeholders throughout all steps of the software development lifecycle. This role requires basic programming skills to automate test cases in our existing automation framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Create test plans, author test cases, and perform test execution to support ongoing C3 AI product releases.
  • Find, document, triage, and track defects through resolution.
  • Participate in root cause for any defects identified during the release validation process.
  • Work with QA automation engineers to learn how to automate regression and new test cases.
  • Work with performance engineers to learn how to design and execute performance benchmarking.

Qualifications:

  • Student of Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) field in the fifth semester or higher.
  • Must be attending a university in Mexico. 
  • Knowledge in JavaScript, Java, or another object-oriented programming language.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills to collaborate multi-functionally and improve scalability.
  • Outstanding team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in committing to a fun, friendly, expansive, and intellectually stimulating environment.
