About the role: 

Bynder is seeking an in-person Office manager Intern (32-40h a week) to take our Rotterdam workplace to the next level. As our Office Intern you will directly shape and impact the Rotterdam employee experience. You love to organize and manage projects such as internal events, social programs and contact with suppliers. You can juggle multiple priorities at once and are a real multi-tasker. You are famous for your positive attitude, hands-on approach and efficient working methods and make sure everything at the office runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity to work cross-functionally across a number of global teams.

You will provide support for an office/remote team of +/-100 colleagues.

And let's not forget that you will be working from the Bynder HQ in one of Europe's leading tech Hubs; the Dutch capital Rotterdam. Our Rotterdam office is right in the heart of the city at the Blaak.

What You will do:
  • Be the first point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and suppliers, ensuring everyone feels welcome.
  • Manage office operations: greet visitors, handle mail, and maintain inventory.
  • Oversee financial administration, including purchases and invoice management.
  • Organize and coordinate team events, both in-office and off-site, to foster Bynder’s culture.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth start for new team members.
  • Support day-to-day office tasks, including light maintenance and lunch setup.
  • Engage with team members via Slack to build a positive office culture.
  • Collaborate closely with the Facility Manager and a global team of office managers.
What you have:
  • 6 months availability starting in October/November.
  • Motivated, proactive, and organized self-starter with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with Google Workspace proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality with a knack for building relationships.
  • Interest or background in office management, events, hospitality, or project management.
Nice to have:
  • Strong communication  skills in Dutch. 
  • Experience with MacBook.
  • Previous office management experience.
  • Experience working in an international, multicultural environment.
