Lead Test Development Engineer
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

About Us
- Participate in the review of product requirements, system design, and code, providing constructive feedback and improvement suggestions.
- Design and execute test cases; track and identify defects or issues in product software.
- Propose appropriate automation solutions based on product and project characteristics; design and implement automated testing tools to improve testing efficiency.
- Continuously improve existing test strategies to enhance overall testing quality, including but not limited to process optimization, testing innovation, and the introduction of new testing methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing.
- Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Go, or Java, with the ability to develop relevant tools.
- Strong data processing skills; excellent communication, teamwork, and fast-learning abilities.
- Genuine interest in and sensitivity to emerging technologies and new industry trends is a plus.
- Experience in developing performance testing platforms or chaos engineering platforms is a strong plus.
