Role in a Nutshell

Lead - Developer Marketing will spearhead the development and execution of strategies to increase product awareness, education, and adoption among developers. This role requires a deep understanding of the target audience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive community growth and engagement. Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably with a focus on developer communities, is essential.
 

Desired Experience

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience

  • Experience in marketing to developers or from a developer-first, developer-plus organization

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
     

What will you do

  • Implement and oversee developer programs with a focus on awareness, education, and adoption of our products.

  • Understand our current user base and identify opportunities to reach a broader audience.

  • Develop strategies to grow and scale the developer community, creating campaigns to engage with developers on a large scale.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align community engagement strategies with company goals.

  • Conceptualize and create engaging content and events to foster active participation and interaction among community members.

  • Design and conduct experiments across various marketing channels (email, social media, content, events, etc.) to discover effective acquisition and growth strategies. Continuously analyze data to make informed decisions.

  • Analyze community engagement metrics and provide regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
