The Junior Project Manager, Retail Operations reports to the Retail Chief of Staff in support of the Retail leadership team's top priorities by helping organize, track, and communicate progress across strategic business initiatives. This role serves as the operational backbone for project execution, ensuring action items, deliverables, timelines, and leadership commitments are documented and followed through to completion.

This role is a hybrid position based out of our Daytona Beach headquarters office. Relocation is not offered for this role.

This individual will partner closely with business leaders to prepare executive-ready reports, presentations, and project updates while maintaining detailed project documentation and tracking tools. The ideal candidate is highly organized, intellectually curious, eager to learn the business, and passionate about bringing structure and accountability to complex initiatives.

This role is ideal for an early-career professional or someone looking to leverage their Project Management experience to further develop their business acumen. Success in this role comes from exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, influential follow-up, and curiosity about the business.

How You Will Contribute:

• Serve as a key project coordination partner to the Retail Chief of Staff, helping organize, track, and execute strategic business initiatives.
• Capture, document, and maintain detailed meeting notes, action items, decisions, owners, and due dates from leadership meetings and project discussions.
• Track progress against commitments and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Prepare and distribute clear, concise project status reports, dashboards, and progress updates for business leaders.
• Develop polished executive presentations, PowerPoint decks, business reviews, and leadership communications.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and supporting documentation across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-up communications to support effective project execution and decision-making.
• Compile information from multiple teams and stakeholders into organized, executive-ready summaries, reports, and recommendations.
• Support leadership planning processes by organizing priorities, monitoring progress, and ensuring visibility into key initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with Retail leaders and business partners to develop a deep understanding of business objectives, priorities, and operational needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve project tracking, reporting, communication, and organizational effectiveness through standardized tools and processes.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and continuously learning the Retail business.

Skills and Qualifications to Be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, administration, consulting support, or related roles.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook proficiency.
• Demonstrated abilities to create dashboards and integrate AI technologies
• Exposure to project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience creating executive presentations, dashboards, or business reports.
• CAPM certification or interest in pursuing project management certifications.
