Your Job:

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Transformation will play a pivotal role in driving transformational initiatives across Brooks supply chain, acting as a strategic leader and enabler of operational excellence. You will oversee the development and execution of a portfolio of supply chain strategies designed to streamline operations, integrate emerging trends, and implement best practices where relevant. You will partner with global functional leaders to create and govern supply chain operational toolkits (OTK), ensuring standardization and scalability across regions. A key responsibility relates to the development of the Supply Chain Academy to embed Brooks practices, foster talent development, and align capabilities with business and functional goals. You will collaborate closely with enterprise cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, execute strategic projects, and support initiatives that enhance efficiency, agility, and resilience. Additionally, you will lead the deployment of the global supply chain strategy, including network planning and budget processes, ensuring alignment across Brooks’ functions and regions from source to market. By championing innovation, driving operational transformation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will ensure Brooks remains at the forefront of supply chain excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Transformation Portfolio Management:
  • Lead the review and prioritization of strategic supply chain transformation initiatives in collaboration with global supply chain functional leaders, IT and Finance departments ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Act as the central facilitator for evaluating project progress, resource allocation, and potential new initiatives to drive transformation
  • Capability Building and Talent Development:
  • Design, implement, and own the Supply Chain Academy to enable functional learning and development across all regions. Build and advocate for a comprehensive SC Talent Development Model, incorporating organizational evolution, functional skill matrices, succession planning, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and talent engagement strategies
  • Support the deployment of career development pathways and succession planning across functional and regional teams
  • Standardization and Operational Excellence:
  • Establish and govern standards for Brooks Supply Chain Operational Toolkits (OTK) in collaboration with global functional leaders, including training modules, process mapping, KPIs, metrics, information systems, data standards, and functional best practices
  • Sponsor and lead Communities of Practice to evolve and refine Brooks’ supply chain standards, ensuring their relevance and adoption globally
  • Innovation and Benchmarking:
  • Facilitate the development of a global Supply Chain Innovation Pipeline, identifying and driving the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative practices across the supply chain, from source to market
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and audits to support the achievement of functional maturity targets and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Performance-Driven Organization:
  • Lead & govern, in collaboration with each functional community of practice, the Supply Chain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) maturity journey through definition of KPIs & metrics standards, hierarchies, reporting requirements, scorecards, & incorporation of a control’s mechanism into operational teams
  • Information Systems Leadership:
  • Partner with Brooks IT teams to define and prioritize technology initiatives, enhancements, and support needs for Supply Chain Operations functional teams
  • Collaborate with enterprise data management leaders to prioritize data standardization and quality improvement initiatives
  • Data Management & Governance:
  • Champion Data Governance by representing the Supply Chain in enterprise-wide data management programs, ensuring alignment with data governance best practices and standards
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Support end-to-end Network Strategic Planning activities to map mid- and long-term supply chain capability evolution, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Coordinate the development and deployment of the global supply chain strategy, serving as a central project manager for cross-functional initiatives
  • Lead the development and execution of the Annual Global Supply Chain Plan and Budget, ensuring alignment across regions and functions
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Integration:
  • Partner with global and regional leaders to align supply chain initiatives with broader business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and integration
  • Act as a central facilitator for cross-functional teams, driving alignment, communication, and accountability across transformation efforts
  • People Leadership:
  • Act as a steward of Brooks culture and change management agent across Supply Chain Operations
  • Build a culture of openness and trust with team members to help them achieve their personal best and motivate them to strive for continued growth
  • As a leader on the SCO team, be proactive in maintaining and improving team culture by identifying gaps and delivering solutions to address opportunities for improvement
  • Provide opportunities and feedback to team members to build their skill sets and stretch opportunities for them to grow their career.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of global supply chain operational experience across integrated planning, order fulfillment, sourcing operations, and transformation initiatives
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership and operational responsibility, managing teams and driving results in complex environments
  • 2+ years of experience leading supply chain transformation and operational excellence initiatives, with a strong background in change management and global collaboration
  • Demonstrated success in implementing new supply chain technologies
  • Preferred Industry and Operational Expertise:
  • Experience managing global, multi-regional networks and working with affiliates or decentralized organizations.
  • Proven ability to navigate high-complexity environments, including multi-channel operations and portfolio-brand products
  • Exposure to high-growth and transformational environments, particularly within consumer product industries (e.g., footwear, apparel, or comparable sectors)
  • Leadership and Influence:
  • Proven ability to lead through influence, driving objective setting, problem-solving, and decision-making in dynamic, team-oriented global environments
  • Track record of building effective relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners, inspiring trust, motivation, and collaboration
  • Strong change agent mindset, championing innovation and continuous improvement while fostering a customer-centric culture
  • Project Management and Execution:
  • Advanced project management skills with a history of successfully leading complex, cross-functional, and international initiatives
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact projects aligned with strategic objectives
  • Technical and Analytical Expertise: Hands-on experience and proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize supply chain performance and solve complex challenges
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
  • Skilled at fostering alignment and consensus among stakeholders at all organizational levels

Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $142.253 - $227,605 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
