Overview

As Brooklinen continues to grow, strong marketing operations are essential to helping teams stay aligned and bringing great creative work to life. We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager, Integrated Marketing to strengthen how creative projects are planned, prioritized, and delivered across the organization.

Reporting to our Director of Marketing Operations and Production, you’ll manage creative projects from intake through final delivery—bringing clarity to requests, building thoughtful timelines, coordinating workflows, and keeping partners informed along the way. You’ll work closely with our Creative team and cross-functional partners to balance priorities, identify roadblocks, and build processes that help work move forward efficiently.

What You’ll Own

Creative Project Management

• Facilitate the intake of creative requests, gathering the information needed to define scope, requirements, stakeholders, and timelines

• Review incoming requests and partner with teams to establish clear direction and focus before projects begin

• Own creative project schedules and manage workflows across Design and Copy

• Track team bandwidth and support thoughtful allocation of work

• Serve as a day-to-day contact for the Creative team and cross-functional partners, providing updates and identifying potential roadblocks

• Monitor project routing and ensure work is reviewed and approved by the appropriate stakeholders

• Oversee the production process for printed and packaging materials supporting PR, Retention, Retail, and other business needs

Planning & Communication

• Partner with the Director of Marketing Operations and Production to develop strategies and processes that support Brooklinen’s marketing objectives and continued growth

• Support ongoing prioritization and planning for cross-functional initiatives

• Lead internal creative review meetings by developing agendas, providing project context, and documenting decisions and actionable next steps

• Provide consistent, clear, and concise communication regarding project status, priorities, dependencies, and risks

• Proactively surface and help remove bottlenecks that could affect timelines or deliverables

Tools & Processes

• Own the ongoing maintenance of key marketing operations tools, including Monday.com

• Help strengthen creative workflows and processes to improve clarity, consistency, and collaboration across teams

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of project management experience, including experience managing creative or marketing projects

• Experience coordinating digital projects involving photography, video, design, and copy

• Knowledge of creative workflows, file types, software, and review processes

• Strong time-management, organizational, and communication skills

• A process-oriented approach with strong attention to detail

• The ability to bring clarity and structure to evolving or ambiguous requests

• A highly collaborative, team-oriented approach and a genuine interest in solving problems

• The ability to remain calm, focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• High proficiency in Google Workspace

• Familiarity with project-management platforms such as Monday

• Experience facilitating print production is a plus
