Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and automate test plans and test cases for new VCF vSAN features, ensuring regular maintenance and improvements.
- Build high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code while developing tools and scripts to streamline hardware management, testing execution, and reporting.
- Actively participate in code reviews, product planning, and feature design, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
- Increase automation for end-to-end testing and implement strategies to enhance test efficiency and quality.
- Analyze quality data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to improve overall product performance.
- Demonstrate strong debugging, testing, and documentation skills, while proactively managing tasks and time.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of industry experience, including 1+ year working with VMware/virtualization solutions at an enterprise scale.
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years related experience OR Master's degree and 6+ years related experience
- Strong expertise in Java, with proficiency in Python a significant plus.
- Solid experience with RESTful APIs, GitHub, and Maven.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or Computer Science, or a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with enterprise-level distributed systems, with a focus on storage areas preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure feature readiness, coupled with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $119,000 - $190,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
