Job Title: Magento Developer (Adobe Commerce) – Night Shift Support
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Work Schedule: 4 hours daily, 5 days per week, 1:00 AM – 5:00 AM PHT. Flexibility is required for occasional shift changes (to cover absences) and overtime (OT payable) when needed.

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Magento Developer to join our Managed Services Run Team. This role is focused on support and maintenance of Magento (Adobe Commerce) platforms for a global client. The developer will be responsible for investigating incidents, providing clear explanations, implementing hotfixes when required, and escalating findings to the build team when necessary.
The team operates 24/5 across different shifts. This role will primarily cover the night shift (1 AM – 5 AM PHT), with flexibility required to occasionally adjust shifts to cover other team members' absences.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to support tickets according to SLAs.
- Investigate issues on Magento 2 (Adobe Commerce) platforms and provide clear root cause analysis.
- Implement hotfixes or minor patches when necessary.
- Escalate complex issues to the build/development team with well-documented findings.
- Collaborate with global Run Team members to ensure smooth 24/5 coverage.
- Maintain proper documentation of incident handling and fixes.
- Follow best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment for hotfixes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Magento (Magento 2.x required, Adobe Commerce experience preferred).
- Strong PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript skills.
- Experience with debugging, log analysis, and issue resolution in production environments.
- Familiarity with Git, Jira (or similar ticketing systems), and common DevOps workflows.
- Magento certification(s) preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in incident management and working within SLA-driven environments is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts, while being a strong team player in handovers and escalations.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Adobe Commerce Cloud and integrations (payment gateways, APIs, etc.).
- Experience with Docker/Warden, AWS, or other cloud environments.
- Prior experience in a Managed Services or global support team.
