- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and provide actionable technical guidance and best practices to development teams
- Establish and enforce standards for Salesforce development, including code quality, configuration, and deployment processes
- Mentor junior developers, promoting technical growth and knowledge sharing within the team
