Senior Full Stack Data Analyst
Team: Data Analytics

Workplace Type: hybrid
This role will report directly to Delphine, Head of Analytics, and you'll work with cross-functional teams across Product, Finance, Marketing, and Revenue. You'll own the full analytics lifecycle-from understanding business needs to delivering insights and maintaining the data models that support them.
This is also a role that grows toward AI. As Brevo scales, you'll architect our data foundation to be AI-ready, design AI agents for analytical and operational use cases, and help manage their performance and evolution alongside our AI team.
Your impact at Brevo
- Partner with stakeholders and translate ambiguous requests into clear analytical frameworks
- Assess impact vs. effort and push back when needed Build Analytics Infrastructure
- Design and optimize complex data models using dbt
- Write performant SQL transformations (window functions, CTEs, materialized views)
- Ensure data quality through automated tests, anomaly detection, and documentation Architect AI-Ready Data
- Design our data foundation to support AI agents and analytical automation
- Define data schemas, feature engineering, and data preparation for AI use cases
- Ensure data governance, lineage, and quality standards that AI systems require
- Work closely with our AI team to understand their data needs and optimize for their models Deliver Actionable Insights
- Run autonomous analyses that drive strategic decisions
- Own projects end-to-end, from definition to delivery Design & Manage AI Agents
- Build AI agents that give our users instant analytics answers - turning support tickets into self-service insights
- Design agents for analytical use cases and operational tasks: help users explore their own data, automate the low-value-add requests that eat up our team's time Drive Strategic Impact
- Proactively surface opportunities, monitor key metrics, and flag important trends to stakeholders
- Own your work end-to-end and defend your analyses with confidence
Who you are
- 5+ years exp in data analytics or analytics engineering, ideally in a SaaS/scale-up environment (you understand growth metrics and business dynamics)
- Expert-level SQL: you write complex queries naturally (window functions, CTEs, query optimization)
- Solid experience with dbt and BigQuery or equivalent modern data warehouse
- Comfortable with Git and version control
- Experience with data visualization tools (Omni analytics, Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- AI Curious (important): you actively follow AI/ML trends, experiment with tools, understand how AI agents work and what data they need
- You are rigorous, autonomous, and able to communicate complex topics simply to any audience — executives, engineers, or analysts.
- You are humble and confident: you say "I don't know" and you say "no", both when it matters. Nice to have!
- Python for advanced analysis or automation is a plus, not required
- French: appreciated but not required
