Senior Software Engineer

In this role You will:

• Build secure, scalable, and robust web applications using React and TypeScript, following agile methodologies.
• Design and develop complex, data-driven, and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the experience of Gordon, a core application in our operations.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions using the latest updates and AI technologies to improve functionality.
• Deliver high-quality code, applying best practices and efficient design patterns.
• Serve as the React expert, providing guidance to the team and ensuring development excellence.
• Collaborate closely with Tech Leads to document challenges and solutions for future improvements.

What You will need to be successful:

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• 5-9 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with at least 2 years working with React and a strong UI delivery track record.
• Strong expertise in Software Engineering Design, including an understanding of computational complexity and standard methodologies like Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Proven experience in integrating RESTful APIs, message queues, and third-party services.
• A commitment to excellence, continuously improving software architecture, delivery, and standard methodologies.
• Experience with React Native and mobile application development.
• Knowledge of Micro front ends, C#, and WPF.
• Familiarity with AWS and OpenShift platforms.
• Previous experience designing UI for Front Office users.
