Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Architect to lead the architectural design, migration, and integration efforts for Service Cloud. In this position, you will play a critical role in defining the overall Salesforce strategy, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture, migration, and enterprise integration, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate the Salesforce architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap to support business objectives and drive digital transformation.
  • Design and implement scalable and extensible Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of various departments and business units.
  • Develop integration architecture and solutions to connect Salesforce Service Cloud with other enterprise systems, applications, and data sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and external partners to gather requirements, define use cases, and design optimal solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and architectural principles.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, performance assessments, and technical debt analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Establish governance processes, standards, and guidelines to maintain the integrity, security, and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and innovations in the Salesforce ecosystem, and assess their potential impact on the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is required.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation, with a focus on Service Cloud.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale Salesforce migration / integration projects within complex enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, and integration patterns.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Mobile App.
  • Expertise in Salesforce integration methods and tools, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and data migration tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
  • Location: North America (Client would like onsite visits in Texas.)
