Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Key Responsiblities
- Copy content from source documents and paste into CMS tools (e.g., Drupal, AEM, Wordpress).
- Ensure formatting, links, and metadata are accurately applied.Perform basic QA checks to ensure consistency and correctness.
- Work closely with content and QA teams for approvals and fixes.
- Maintain content logs and status trackers as needed.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office / Google Docs.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any bpo, kpo, data entry related fields.Clear communicator & Exceptional communication skills (English)
- Willingness to work in night shift - Until 12 am (IST)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Prior CMS or data entry experience is a plus.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
