As a Software Engineer Phone you are responsible for the implementation of the telephony components of the botario platform. You develop new features for the botario telephone module and support customer instances.- You support the further development of our telephony systems. In doing so, you work with cloud services (Google, AWS, ...) and Asterisk
- You develop the connection to the environment of the customers if required
- You take care of the ongoing operation of customer systems in second level support for the telephony area
- You develop new connectors for external telephony related services
- A successfully completed university degree or a comparable education
- You have very good programming skills in Python, with previous experience in multi-threading, multi-process control and parallel computing
- You have experience working with Docker and with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, ...)
- You think in a solution-oriented way and approach problems in an analytical and structured way
- You like to work in a team and with agile methods
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in software development
- You have an independent working style and are passionate about AI
- You are fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken
