About the Role:

The Project Manager II, Global Operations provides vision and leadership for any approved project(s) from the Global Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality leadership team. These projects often have a high level of complexity and visibility throughout the organization.  The project opportunities are dynamic and span multiple divisions, functions, and regions across the organization.

These projects vary in size and scope but may include supporting business process improvements, acquisitions/divestitures, quality/regulation driven project work, technology development, and driving strategic and transformational changes needed at BSC.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead operations and quality improvement projects, determining objectives, deliverables and ensuring achievement.
• Assist in developing and delivering an appropriate project business plan, including resources, costs, return on investment, and timing.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet regulatory and corporate standards.
• Monitor project progress, including budgets, interim milestones, and final deliverables.
• Manages individual project challenges and recommends solutions to address them.
• Identifies and addresses areas of project risk and implements strategies to mitigate project risks.
• Regularly present project status to individual team members, project team leadership, and senior leadership as required.
• Partner with various functions, regions, and business resources to develop and execute business plans and facilitate collaboration to achieve project objectives.
• Lead and implementing permanent changes to business practices to ensure the company's overall effectiveness.
• Manage and develop a team of PMs on various project that may or may not be directly related to the project they are leading 

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience leading projects
• 10+ years of work experience 
• Strong organization, execution, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and work with a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%, domestic and international
• People management 

Preferred qualifications and competencies:

Maximum Salary: $225200 

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements.
