About The Role

 

We are currently looking for a candidate to join our Northern Cluster Neuromodulation marketing Team in Poland as a Neuromodulation Product Manager Intern. The successful candidate will be offered a 12-month internship and will get the chance to work in a multinational environment, supporting the team on core activities.

 

This is a central role which enables us to create & execute meaningful initiatives across the entire neuromodulation (PAIN & BRAIN) spectrum.

 

You will communicate & collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders (e.g. Business Unit Director, National Sales Manager & Northern Cluster Field Team) & external stakeholders (e.g. Key Clinician Opinion Leaders, Associations, Agencies), giving you the opportunity to develop a diverse network.

 

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

 

  • Tracks financial and sales performance of the neuromodulation product portfolio
  • Develops and implements promotional activities/materials for the franchise to support rapid expansion of both Pain & Brain franchises
  • Management of the regional neuromodulation internal & external events
  • Development of downstream sales tools to support sales execution
  • Collaboration with the sales team for ad hoc sales support requests

What Do We Look For In You:

 

  • Educated to degree level in Marketing or equivalent qualification
  • Available to sign a 6 + 6 month internship.
  • Native Polish with very strong written and verbal English communication skills. Any other language is a plus.
  • Desire to execute with hands-on mindset 
  • Ability to communicate, network and partner with a variety of stakeholders at both local and international level 
  • Strong planning and organisational skills  
  • Results oriented and takes accountability 
  • Flexible and able to adapt to fast moving business environment 
  • Creative and innovative thinking
