The Commercial Capabilities cross divisional EMEA function is responsible for defining and driving our commercial capabilities strategy in EMEA. The team is focused on enabling our sales & marketing people to be at their best and deliver on our EMEA commercial excellence expectations.
About The Role
The Commercial Capabilities Systems Intern role is responsible for both managing and evolving the Commercial Capabilities systems to enable enhanced agile support of evolving business demands. The main purpose is to provide a valuable business contribution whilst also gaining practical and relevant work experience. This role will report directly to our Commercial Capabilities Operations Manager EMEA.
Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Super Administrator – EMEA Competency Platform
- Administrator – People Development Database
- Development of enhanced integrated tools to enable scaling of our learning portfolio deployment
- Analysis & reporting of KPI’s and impact measurements within our initiatives and programmes
- Identification and application of continuous improvement opportunities through a systems approach.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new tools/systems.
- General Administrative duties to support Commercial Capabilities Program Coordinator.
What Do We Look For In You
- Business Systems / IT / Business Process bachelors or master’s degree
- Strong organizational skills
- Analytical ability.
- Working knowledge of key Microsoft 365 Applications
- Communication skills; written, face to face & virtual.
- Time /Self-management, ability to work on one’s own initiative.
- Creativity.
- Business curiosity and acumen.
- Teamwork and relationship building skills.
- Fluency in English (B2 or above)
