Job Description

Liderea y coordina planeación de proyectos, recursos, reportar progresos, administración de personas, solución de problemas de proyectos de ingeniería; asegurarse que los resultados de los proyectos se cumplan de acuerdo a los requerimientos técnicos de calidad, confiabilidad, costo y tiempos.

Actividades/Experiencica requerida:

• 5 Años de experiencia en puesto similar
• Certificacion Black Belt
• Experiencia en las siguientes actividades
  • Planeación de y estructura de proyectos
  • Manejo de personal tecnico a su cargo
    • Definiendo Prioridades/Actividades principales
    • Mitigación de riesgos, habilidad en la Identificación de riesgos de la estrategia y definir plan para disminución/eliminación de los mismos
• Mostrar ejemplos y uso de herramientas de solución de problemas
• Administración de proyectos a nivel planta
• Habilidades de presentación
• Bilingue 100% (Ingles/Espanol)
