岗位定位

聚焦于城区领航辅助驾驶(城市NOA)中的道路结构认知与无图静态感知能力研发。在无高精地图依赖的技术范式下,通过车载视觉感知实时重建道路拓扑、车道线、路沿、路面标识等静态环境要素,为规划决策模块提供精确、鲁棒的静态环境理解。当前行业正处于从“高精地图依赖”向“轻地图/无图化”全面转型的关键阶段。

岗位职责
方向一:城区场景道路结构认知算法研发

1. 车道线检测与建模

     研发复杂光照、遮挡、磨损条件下的车道线检测与跟踪算法

    支持实线/虚线/双线/鱼骨线/导流线等多类型车道线的精准分割与矢量化建模

    支持曲率变化大、路口缺失标线等城区典型场景的鲁棒检测

2. 通用路沿检测

    研发有路肩/无路肩、平路沿/凸路沿等多场景下的路沿检测算法

    支持路沿的几何参数化建模(高度、曲率、连续性)

3. 路面标识检测

    研发停止线、斑马线、箭头、文字、导流带、减速带等路面标识的检测与语义识别

    支持多种标识的实例级分割与结构化输出

4. 路口检测与理解

    研发T型路口、十字路口、Y型路口、环岛等典型路口类型的识别算法

    支持路口区域范围估计、入口/出口车道匹配、停止位置推理

 

方向二:无图静态感知算法研发

5. 复杂道路结构下的车道拓扑构建

    研发不依赖高精地图的车道拓扑实时推理算法,从多视角图像中提取车道中心线的几何位置及拓扑关系,为车辆提供可行驶轨迹

支持车道连通关系推理、变道可行性判断、路口内车道连接关系建模

跟踪车道拓扑感知领域的前沿技术,如Topo2Seq、TopoHR、TopoStreamer等框架的落地转化

6. 地图先验融合

    研发导航地图(SD Map)、众包地图等多源先验信息的融合利用算法

    通过轻量级地图先验辅助在线拓扑推理,提升感知泛化能力与鲁棒性

7. 长时空时序模型

    研发融合长时记忆(多帧历史特征)与短时感知的时序建模方法

    利用时序信息提升静态元素的检测稳定性与拓扑推理精度,解决遮挡、抖动、帧间不一致等问题

8. 端到端行车引导线

    研发面向端到端驾驶架构的行车引导线生成算法

    支持从感知输入到可行驶路径/引导线的直接端到端推理输出,为规划模块提供更紧凑的表示

 

方向三:感知One Model(多任务)算法研发

9. 统一感知模型架构

    研发基于BEV(Bird‘s Eye View)空间的统一感知模型,同时处理车道线检测、路沿检测、路面标识检测、动态目标检测等多个感知任务

探索高效的特征共享与任务解耦策略,降低多任务计算的算力开销

推动联合模型在量产系统中的应用

 

10. 感知模型优化与部署

    负责感知模型的轻量化与端上推理优化,保证在有限算力下的实时性(如单征程6M芯片128TOPS下的高效部署)

    解决感知模型在车规级嵌入式平台上的精度-速度平衡问题

11. 前沿技术跟踪与落地

    跟进BEV感知、Occupancy Network、World Model、VLA等前沿技术,并推动在量产项目中的验证与应用

 

Qualifications

基础要求:

    硕士及以上学历,计算机视觉、模式识别、机器学习、机器人等相关专业

    自动驾驶行业背景,有城区场景静态感知实际项目量产经验者优先

 

技术能力要求:

算法能力:

    熟悉深度学习基础理论,精通Transformer、CNN等主流网络架构,具有实际模型调优经验

熟悉BEV感知、矢量化地图构建、车道拓扑推理等领域的主流方法(如BEVFormer、MapTR系列、TopoNet、LaneSegNet等)

    熟悉多任务学习、端到端感知框架者优先

 

工程能力:

    精通Python/C++,有良好的工程化编程习惯

    了解SLAM、多视图几何、非线性优化相关算法

    有车规级嵌入式平台算法部署和优化经验者优先

 

加分项:

    在CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/ICML/NeurIPS等顶级会议或期刊发表相关论文

    有自动驾驶静态感知实际量产交付经验

    有带领团队完成算法方案实际部署经验
