Job Description

Interested? Our team is happy to welcome you! Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

• Provide general administrative support to projects under the direction of application project manager / project manager associate.
• Administer project data in project management tools.
• Organize and maintain project files and databases.
• Support creating presentations and reports.
• Organize regular meetings and support with meeting minutes preparation.

Qualifications

Who you are: 

• You are an undergraduate student with an interest in working in a multicultural environment.
• You are open to working on a full-time program.

You would be a perfect match for our team if:

• You have advanced computer operating skills (Microsoft Office).
• You are dedicated, flexible, with team spirit, strong communication and social skills.

The languages you should know:

• English at an advanced level is mandatory.
• German is considered a plus.

Nice to have:

• Advanced Excel and digitalization/automation skills are a plus.
