Job Description
1. 职位总结：负责底盘控制系统开发，方案设计- 制动产品和功能链
2. 底盘控制产品ESP/ IPB/BWA/EMB 系统开发：
1）负责博世ESP (车身稳定系统)、IPB (智能集成式制动系统) 、BWA (线控制动系统)、EMB (电子机械制动)系统开发，根据客户需求，为中国客户提供整体技术方案并与客户做好技术对接
2）负责底盘控制产品正向研发和本地研发, 满足博世开发流程和质量要求
3）负责底盘控制新产品、新技术的导入和技术落地以及客户端的及时分享
4）负责系统软件开发，算法设计，以及问题分析和解决
3. 沟通：
1）与博世全球团队沟通，引入新技术并运用到客户项目
2）和软硬件，匹配团队和项目团队及时沟通，保证高质量交付
3）与客户项目组团队与专家及时沟通，确保方案澄清和落地
Qualifications
1. 硕士学历，车辆工程， 计算机，机械设计，自动化及相关专业；
2. 3年以上汽车行业经验；
3. 专业技能：
1）熟悉底盘控制系统和软件开发（熟悉制动产品原理和相关功能，如BoostFunction, HAL, ABS, VDC）
2）掌握C/C++, MATLAB 开发工具及语言
3）熟悉汽车动力学、车辆控制、经典现代等控制理论
4）熟悉 V-Model , APIECE, ISO 26262 加分
4. 能力要求：良好的沟通表达能力、较强的组织协调能力，高度的责任心，工作积极主动，较强的抗压能力；
5. 驾驶：C1驾照必须 （博世将提供车辆测试所需的驾驶培训）。
