Job Description
1.底盘控制产品 ABS/ESP/ iBooster/ IPB 系统开发
- 负责 博世ABS (刹车防抱死系统)、ESP (车身稳定系统)、iBooster （智能助力器）、IPB (智能集成式制动系统) 系统开发， 分析客户需求，为中国客户提供整体技术方案
- 负责系统软件开发，设计算法，满足客户需求（如：ABS, TCS, VDC, 自动驻车APA, RPA，自适应巡航控制 ACC，自动泊车AVP、 紧急制动 AEB 等）
- 负责前言 新产品、新技术的导入和 底盘控制产品 本地开发（如： 线控制动、舒适性控制、线控底盘、底盘域等）, 遵循博世开发流程和质量要求
- 支持车辆标定，系统、软件、售后问题分析和解决
2.沟通:
- 与博世全球团队沟通，引入新技术并运用到客户项目
- 和软件团队和项目团队及时沟通，保证高质量软件交付
- 和系统团队沟通，分享开发经验
Qualifications
1. 教育背景 Education：
- 硕士学历，车辆工程, 自动化控制，计算机及相关专业
2. 专业技能 Technical skills：
- 了解底盘控制系统 控制原理
- 掌握C/C++, MATLAB 开发工具及语言
- 熟悉汽车动力学、汽车原理等
- 熟悉经典、现代等控制理论
- 熟悉 V-Model , APIECE, ISO 26262 加分
- 有 AI、 Machine Learning 等背景加分
3. 能力要求：
- 良好的沟通表达能力
- 较强的组织协调能力
- 高度的责任心，工作积极主动
- 英文：出色的英文书写及口语能力
4．驾驶：
- C1驾照必须 （在 C1 驾照基础上，博世将提供车辆测试所需的驾驶培训
