Job Description
- 认真执行生产线TPM及设备的日常维修，降低停机时间；
- 收集设备信息并做好记录，协助工程师统计设备运行指标；定期参加部门晨会，详细汇报设备运行状况及处理过程；
- 参照生产部门的主要指标KPI---OEE,FPY, 0-KM；
- 按规定及时报告故障情况；
- 为设备的持续改善提供合理化建议，并配合工程师完成设备改进；
- 从设备的角度出发，参与不良产品或产品报废的分析，提升产品品质；
- 责任区内5S的达成及不断改进；
- 配合工程师完成新进设备的安装调试工作；
- 保持良好的团队沟通，共享设备信息及工作经验；
- 配合主管/工程师完成其它临时性工作
Qualifications
- 大专以上学历，机电机械专业；
- 3年以上自动化产线设备维修经验；
- 基本机械/电气知识；
- 基本的计算机技能；（正常办公软件、计算机操作…）
- 基本英语水平，能阅读电子邮件\设备手册。
