Job Description

Product (wipe blade and wipe arm) verification test engineer is key position of platform product developing.
Main responsibility support platform engineer to do validation test and release parts and product base on PV specification.
产品验证工程师在平台产品的开发中是一个关键岗位，主要负责和支持平台设计工程师完成产品和产品相关零件的验证和应用性实验工作。
1. Product (wipe blade and wipe arm) verification test of designing.
    雨刷产品的设计验证（盐雾实验，环境测试，撞击实验…）
2. Application validation test of vehicle market (Oversea).
    实车雨刮的应用测试(实车刷拭实验)
3. Test sheet/test plan/test report creation.
    实验需求表/实验计划/实验报告制作
4. Organize and analysis for failure model in test item.
    组织分析实验中出现的失效模式
5. Test process creation and update.
    试验流程的制作和更新
6. Coordinate and communicate with lead plant and MKW for testing topic in project.
   在项目推进过程中，负责和领导工厂及市场就测试议题进行沟通和协调
7. Design test and test bench setting up for external validation requirement (Except PV) .
   PV 测试要求之外的试验项目的标准制定和平台搭建（DOE）

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or above，本科或以上
2. 2~4 years work experience in test area and relevant work.
    2~4年测试工作经验
3. Vehicle parts testing experience preferred.
    汽车零件相关测试经验者优先
4. Mechanical or Engineering major and relevant knowledge.
    机械，测试及类似专业毕业
5. Good English in spoken and written, needs to communicate with abroad colleagues in English.
   具备一定的英语沟通能力
