Job Description

Responsibilities :-Guides the technical vision and execution of a software project/initiative/technology.-Technical direction, implementation choices, establishment of best practices, and technical standards-Drivecommunities, Engg Efficiency/Innovation-Foresee SW technology change & quick adaption-Technical steering of the team to deliver with KPIs – Quality and delivery-Estimate the complexity of problem & prioritize according to customer relevance-Goal and performance evaluation of the team-Competence development of the team.-Ability to Lead a team of 10 - 12 peopleAdded advantage if the candidate works in Scrum Methodology Additional informationStrong communication skillsGood knowledge on Crash Physics/DynamicsExperience on Jenkins, CI, CT, ALM-RTCHands on Automotive SW development in C languageDomain & TechnologyEngineering process, methods & toolsLeadership, Communication, NetworkingExhibit Ownership and be an independent team memberGood knowledge in Agile methodologiesBasics knowledge of Embedded SystemGood knowledge in Control SystemsExposure in Model based SW developmentExpereince in multicore controller and critical computing resource challenges handling
