职位职责
- 定义， 维护和释放客户项目定制的约束系统（控制器与传感器）的架构设计
- 制定, 开发相关技术需求并与客户达成一致
工作内容:
- 讨论并理解来源于客户的系统需求
- 统筹并分配项目特定的系统需求分析到细分方向的工程专员（硬件、软件、算法、应用、测试等）
- 定义系统需求相应的验证和确认测试标准
- 分析系统缺陷并制定技术解决方案
- 执行客户项目特定系统架构的变更管理
- 与FMEA主持人共同创建系统FMEA 文件
- 为客户介绍并讨论FTA和系统FMEA
- 兼任功能安全项目负责人角色，领导项目开发中的功能安全活动
- 兼任网络安全项目负责人角色，领导项目开发中的网络安全活动
- 与跨国地区（德国、印度、越南等）项目团队成员紧密合作，实现工程卓越
Qualifications
岗位要求:
- 5年以上车辆电子控制系统开发经验
- 熟悉基于模型开发的系统工程 架构设计理念、开发方法和开发工具
- 熟悉汽车电子控制系统的系统架构开发流程（例如，需求获取、基于模型的产品开发与集成技术实现及测试方案）
- 良好的质量/安全意识和系统工程理念
- 车辆总线通信、诊断， 电子电器架构基本知识和软件开发设计思维
- 功能安全和信息安全基础知识
- 优秀的复杂系统分解和分析能力，清晰的工程逻辑思维和思维方法如DRBFM.
- 对行业新技术和发展趋势保持兴趣并极具好奇心
- 良好的英语语言能力 (听、说，读，写)
